"Ordered XS, I'm 5' 2" and 130 lbs. It's easy to pull it to the side to use the bathroom/restroom, but if that's not easy for you, then the entire thing has to come down (since the under shorts are attached all the way up). There's built-in support for the girls but the neckline dips pretty low, so a sports bra is a good option underneath. It lands at my mid-thigh (love that for us shorties!). It's very comfortable.
